We are currently recruiting for a new one year workplace learning (acta Foundation) job, starting September, a Director’s Assistant, with two distinct areas of work:-
- To assist the delivery of acta’s programme of community theatre workshops and productions, co-leading five regular weekly term-time workshops.
- To work as part of the fundraising team, working with the Artistic Director and Projects Director in the delivery of the Company’s fundraising strategy, providing administrative support and writing applications.
acta’s Foundation workplace learning programme offers “first-job” employment opportunities to those looking to develop a career in community theatre. We are particularly interested in finding ways to include people from under-represented groups in the sector workforce.
All Foundation jobs are paid at £10 per hour.
This post is 38 hours weekly / £19,760 pa.
