We are delighted to announce that we have received funding to resume our Thursdays group – now renamed Pick’n’Mix Theatre! This open group allows people of all ages and backgrounds to come together and be creative, developing friendships and confidence through theatre. This work has been made possible by an award from Postcode Local Trust, a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

acta Director Oliver Jones adds: “this group is fundamental for so many who have been coming to acta for years, even decades. It is their time in the week to relax, laugh and have fun. We are very thankful to the Postcode Local Trust for enabling us to resume this group.”

The whole group decided on the new name together, and we are looking forward to resuming weekly sessions in the acta theatre. If you are interested in joining, please get in touch!
