From 4th-20th August, acta have a variety of drama, dance and art workshops for young people in Lockleaze to enjoy. All sessions are free of charge, take place at The Hub and Cameron Centre, and can be booked by emailing [email protected] or calling 07494 479343.

Make & Create: Visual Arts

Let your children’s imaginations flow, as they get stuck in with den building and making their very own creatures to take home! You can book a space for your child (aged 5-10) on either 4th, 5th or 6th August. 

• Ages 5-7 | 10am-12pm
• Ages 8-10 | 1.30pm-3.30pm

Drama Performance “Play in 3 Days”

Through a range of fun drama games and storytelling you will have the opportunity to create and perform in your own theatre show!

• Ages 5-7 
  9.30am-11.30am from 9th-11th August
• Ages 8-10 
  9.30am-12.30pm from 18th to 20th August
• Ages 11-13 
  1.30pm-4.30pm from 18th-19th then 2.30pm-5.30pm on 20th August
  Bookings are for all three days.

Break Dance / Hip Hop with ExElle

You’ll get to learn new moves with a brilliant dance company in Bristol, and perform what you’ve created on the final day!

• Ages 8-10 | 9th – 11th August
  You can book either 1pm-2pm or 2pm-3pm session; for all three days
• Ages 5-7 | 18th – 20th August
  You can book either 1pm-2pm or 2pm-3pm session; for all three days

There is no difference between the 1pm and 2pm classes.
