Congratulations to young people from acta’s Go North project who secured an amazing 26 youth arts awards at the end of their project in July, bringing the total number of awards achieved by Go North to 56, with a total of 39 different young people.

Go North youth arts awards were at both bronze level (x 12) and silver level (x 14). The young people were from Ldubbers, Jigsaw and Ace youth theatres, in Lawrence Weston and Shirehampton. For most of the young people, this arts award is their first ever qualification.

35 of the Go North young participants were really pleased to receive their Go North and youth arts award certificates at the acta centre on 1 November, at the special celebration of achievements event.
